When purchasing an artwork on Hasba, you acquire a non-exclusive usage license governed by the following terms:

What you CAN do:

  • Use the motif for personal or family interior decoration projects (art paper printing, framed wall art);
  • Incorporate the design into professional architecture, interior design, and decor projects for riads, luxury hotels, or private villas;
  • Utilize vector source files to program CNC and laser cutters for precision engraving on wood, plaster, marble, or metal;
  • Integrate the drawings into graphic designs or architectural presentations for your end-clients.

What you CANNOT do:

  • Resell, sub-license, redistribute, or share the original digital files (PDF, CDR) even in modified format;
  • Claim original authorship or copyright ownership of the artwork;
  • Make the art files available for download on other websites, stock libraries, or marketplaces;
  • Use these designs on mass physical retail merchandise without prior express written commercial agreement.
