1. Nature of Products

Hasba offers digital Moroccan decorative artworks available as high-resolution digital downloads. Original files are provided in standardized Vector PDF and, where indicated, editable CorelDRAW (.CDR) format. No physical products are shipped.

2. Ordering Process

Purchases can be made seamlessly:

• Add the selected artwork to your cart;
• Provide your name and a valid email address (required to receive your secure download links);
• Accept the terms of the usage license;
• Complete the secure online payment via CMI / Payzone.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

Artwork prices are designated in US Dollars (USD - $). Payment is executed immediately at the time of online order via bank credit card through the secure CMI payment gateway.

4. File Delivery & Link Validity

Upon transaction confirmation, you are redirected to a confirmation page with direct download access, and an email with secure links is sent automatically.

• Validity: Download tokens remain active for 30 days;
• Download limit: Up to 5 downloads per purchased artwork.

5. Refunds & Cancellation

Due to the downloadable digital nature of these artistic works, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once download links have been issued, except in the proven case of an unresolvable file defect.
